We stumbled across this lovely tiny authentic restaurant when we ‘escaped’ the enormously busy Main Street. The menu was all in Japanese so it took us a while to decide what to choose (Google translate). The Wagyu steak was delicious and we also had a mentaiko risotto and garlic rice. Every mouthful was a pleasure and the chef is so nice and friendly. All cooked in front of you and a pleasure to watch and almost be part of the whole procedure. A little jewel off the Main Street, definitely worth a visit!!

The most amazing restaurant experience. We have been away travelling Japan for 4 weeks, and this was our best meal. We loved every second. The restaurant is beautiful, small but a perfect atmosphere. The experience was made by the Chef, who was running the whole night - he served us on his own, there were no other staff. The timings were perfect, great space inbetween dishes to chat and enjoy our meal. We had 7 dishes and cannot fault one thing. The beef was the best beef we have ever eaten. I am very picky, but the place was so clean & food very well cooked, I felt 100% at ease. My mum and I are also Gluten-Free, and the chef made such effort to ensure we could eat everything and we felt so safe. The drinks were amazing. Best night ever I recommend x100000.
